Nakyoung Tsimgalbi (https://maps.app.goo.gl/P2CrganAfv91ukps9) - This restaurant is an institution in Daegu, serving only spicy tsimgalbi, or spicy ribs. They had a couple of variations, you could choose normal spicy or extra spicy, and you could choose American beef or Hanwoo Korean beef - of course we had to try it all. The extra spicy with Korean Hanwoo beef was the winner, an amazing dish of chili and heaps of garlic stewed onto tender beef short ribs. This is a Korean food worth making a road trip to Daegu to eat! Thank you to KTO (Korea Tourism Organization) for sponsoring and making my trip to South Korea happen!
