And at this restaurant they specialize in water aged beef for 2 weeks and you grill it all at your own table. Let’s go eat some of the best Korean beef bbq! We tried a couple of different parts of Hanwoo beef including the ribeye, oyster blade, and flank. They each had a different taste and texture. We also tried water aged and not aged. Water aged beef doesn’t give the beef a strong taste like dry aging, but it does enhance the flavor slightly.
