🇲🇾 Amazing Chicken Cooked in Mud: https://youtu.be/xnU7op_YQWQ 👉 SUBSCRIBE for more: https://www.youtube.com/@MarkWiensAbroad Welcome to Shanghai, China! Today our mission is to eat at an extremely popular noodle restaurant where you’ll find a huge line of people waiting everyday for a giant bowl of noodles. The service was really friendly, and I tried a few of their signature dishes including their family noodles. I tried the pig liver noodles and mixed pig intestines soup noodles. The noodles were cooked fresh, with a nice springy texture and they were coated in a sweet and salty sauce classic of Shanghai. The side dish of eel was also delicious.
