Chef Frédéric Ménager has an entire farm where he raises the most special and some of the best poultry in the world. From his own farm he cooks and roasts chickens and Guinea fowls, and you never know what you’ll get until you arrive. Today on the menu was Guinea fowl and it was roasted to perfection.
