From osso buco to risotto and fried veal cutlets, get ready for some extremely tasty food when you’re in Milan. One of the Milan dishes you have to try is cotoletta alla milanese, a veal rib flattened into a cutlet, breaded, and fried in butter. There are many variations, and sizes, and I didn’t want to leave Milan without trying a supersized version - Cotoletta orecchio di elefante - known as an elephant ear cutlet! I headed to a real proper local Milanese restaurant. It was friendly, but a fast paced environment. I arrived quite early before the lunch rush, but by the time we left, it was packed and people were waiting for our table. Overall, I would say the food was excellent, I loved the pasta, the osso buco with risotto, and the giant elephant ear Milan cutlet. 📍Rita & Antonio: https://maps.app.goo.gl/q11sh3zrZE57nYX5A Social Media: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/markwiensfoodvideos Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/migrationology/ Tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@markwiens 👕 T-shirts: https://store.migrationology.com/ 🌶 Ghost Chili: https://amzn.to/3PNTvNQ 🎥 Camera gear I use: https://amzn.to/3FVdBUd (some of these are Amazon affiliate links)
