So today we’re taking the high speed train in Taiwan, and we’re going to order and eat the legendary Taiwanese pork chop train bento. This is truly a train food tradition and it’s said they serve over 10,000,000 of them per year! I was leaving from Taipei Main station, so that’s where I bought my bentos. However, certain railroad station throughout Taiwan are known for a certain bento and locals sometimes travel to that station for a taste of the bento.
