The goat is steamed and baked, chopped, then served with the incredible consume. Carnitas El Gringo (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Td4SskCdFNpQocebA) - Next up, Claudio took us to a carnitas stall that specializes in the unique Pizza Aztecas.
