Ramen is one of the ultimate Japanese foods to eat and something I love about it is there’s so much freedom and every ramen restaurant has its own unique character, personality, and style. Places we went: 00:00 Intro 01:24 E-chan - Japanese Ramen 14:07 Aidaya - Japanese Tsukemen, Dipping Ramen 27:42 Shibuya Crossing 28:38 Lashowhan - Extreme Spicy Chinese Ramen E-chan (えーちゃん食堂 https://maps.app.goo.gl/D7v3aPTPJGYqc3uTA) - Our first bowl of ramen was a class, good clean flavor broth with hand-made noodles. This spot only opens for breakfast and sells out in 2 - 3 hours. Price - 1,000 JPY ($6.22) per bowl Aidaya (あいだや https://maps.app.goo.gl/GA9Urh7UXRMyDn4R6 ) - Next up on this ramen tour in Tokyo we’re eat tsukemen, the dipping style of ramen, and this place does it extraordinarily well. The sukiyaki wagyu was a bonus!
