Family First is a spring 2026 Shave Dad collaboration with** Adopted Acres Soap Co.**, the artisan house run by Doug and Cara Layne out of Asheville, Ohio. Adopted Acres launched in 2024 with a story that’s hard to separate from the soap: Doug uses tallow from the family’s 1,000-acre Angus cattle farm, and Doug and Cara, parents of six adopted children, five of whom are still at home with special needs, built the company as a vehicle to create meaningful work for their adult kids. A one-and-done release, no second drop.
