Re-Shaping an Epiphone Acoustic Guitar Headstock

He asked me to just get it back to a state where he can string it up and play it. So, I am going to start with glueing the bridge back on the soundboard and then have a look at the sawn-off headstock (what happened there?). The owner would like it to look like a Gibson headstock.
