This aromatic pulao is cooked in an intensely aromatic stock with the lamb left meltingly soft. With no chilli in it, it makes a wonderful family meal centrepiece. Make some raita, or simply put some creamy natural yogurt on the table and you’re done! Hope you enjoy this as much as I’ve done growing up and now my kids do.
