No skill needed! My version is the quickest of quick fixes if you have ready parathas or rotis lying around. Make sure the onions are soft before you add the tomato and the rest of the ingredients. A frying pan about the size of the flatbread you use will make it all shape up nicely. Hope you try and enjoy this.
