No oil crispy pappadam or papad

Two methods I love for this lentil crisp, but I do have a favourite. Dampening the papad makes it crisp up evenly I find, and I’ve only recently started doing this. Hope you enjoy this. Nothing completes a thali or complete Indian meal like papad, IMO! #pappadam #papad #lentils #nooilrecipe
