Well, technically these are peppers but you’re bound to find a really hot one! So much flavour packed into them it’s unreal. This is inspired by the Hyderabadi Mirchi Ka Salam but that has a few more steps and ingredients in it. Let me know if you’d like me to share that too. There’s bits of prep with soaking the desiccated coconut and soaking a ping pong ball of tamarind but otherwise this recipe comes together in no time.
