Mishti is the generic word for sweet in Bengal, which is famous for its sweet tooth. I make a version of it using ricotta at home when a trip to Calcutta isn’t feasible or practical. Sharing this just before Christmas as it’s the season for eating cheese anyway. Great fun to do with friends and kids at any time of the year of course. I hope you’ve enjoyed enjoy enjoy it! #indiancooking #indiandessert #bengalidessert
