USA PULLMAN LOAF PAN https://amzn.to/3TRSAAf 🍞 NO KNEAD SANDWICH BREAD RECIPE 🍞 6 cups all purpose flour 2 tsp salt 3 tsp active dry yeast 3 cups warm water Preheat oven to 400° F Combine flour, salt and yeast. Add water and stir with a wooden spoon until all flour is incorporated. Cover and let rise until doubled in size. Once risen, turn dough out onto a generously floured surface. Add more flour on top and smooth over dough. Shape by rolling into a log and pinching edges. Transfer to a greased Pullman loaf pan. Press dough down to get rid of bubbles. Cover pan with lid but keep it cracked so you can keep an eye on it. Once it has risen to within one inch of the top of the pan, close the lid.Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Bake an additional 10 minutes uncovered.
