The Aqara FP300 is my “kill five birds with one stone” sensor: presence plus temperature, humidity, light, and motion in one battery-powered device. I’ve used it both ways—Matter over Thread in Apple Home works great out of the box, and Zigbee gives you more fine-tuning in the Aqara app if you want to go deeper.
