Marantz MODEL M1 vs. Bluesound POWERNODE vs. WiiM AMP vs. Argon Audio SA2

🔴 FOR MORE INFO ⬇️ ATTENTION PLEASE: This video contains 4 side-by-side comparisons! 🆘IMPORTANT CORRECTION:🆘 The reason the Argon Audio SA2 is taking so long to power on and start playing sound in the tests is because it is, out of the box, set to always go in deep standby where everything is powered down to conserve power. Like this, the amp uses below 0,5 watts in standby. The Wiim and Bluesound amps in my tests do not do this out of the box which is why they start playing sound much more quickly. But this also means they use 3-4 watts all the time, even when in 'standby'... SA2 also has this feature of being "always on" - it can be enabled by holding the left button on the remote for 5 seconds until the amp blinks once. (This is stated in the quick start guide) Now the amp will not power down the Play-Fi module when in standby, so you can get the same 1-2 second power on as you see on the other amps.
