🔴 FOR MORE INFO ⬇️ At the High-End Munich Show 2023 ifi Audio introduced 3 new products: 1.Diablo X portable DAC/Amp, which is the first to support xMEMS, a solid state monolithic speaker technology. xMEMS micro-speakers are voltage-driven, not current-driven like coil-based speakers, so a compatible amplifier should be capable of driving up to 30V peak-to-peak to drive xMEMS speakers to max loudness. In addition, a DC bias must be applied for the silicon speaker diaphragm to work properly, which is also handled seamlessly by Diablo X. 2.Go Pod Wearable HD Bluetooth DAC and headphone amp, It is the first device in the world to support Hi-Res 96kHz/24bits with LDAC and Qualcomm Snapdragon Sound (aptX Adaptive) Bluetooth codecs on TWS. 3.iCAN Phantom NEW reference-class analogue headphone amp with incorporated electrostatic energiser with advanced user interface and network-connected control system. The iCAN Phantom sports two input stages – one valve/tube-based, the other solid state – enabling the user to switch between the two in real time. It is, indeed, like having three amplifiers in one, each with a different sonic presentation. Solid-state offers pace and immediacy. Tube mode adds fluidity and a free-breathing dynamic quality. Tube+ accentuates the sonic influence of the valves, delivering a spellbinding romantic warmth that may suit, for example, acoustic and vocal musical styles. The GE5670 valves have an expected lifespan of around 10,000 hours of use. When the time eventually comes to replace them, the iCAN Phantom’s smoked glass panel is easily removed to provide access, meaning the job can be completed in minutes.
