UGREEN wall plug confuses me ...

UGREEN 100W Wall Plug: - Amazing for charging stuff - Not so amazing to be used with Samsung DeX setup. After i done recording i used it a bit more and yet again i had completely different experience. If i connect anything into USB-C port to USB-C port 1 juts power for 4 - 5 sec.
