In this video I walk through what it looks like in practice—auto-generated videos, slides, text docs, visual diagrams, and a Gemini-powered chat that actually understands your repository. The big idea is you’re not reading a static README anymore; you’re navigating a “live wiki” that helps you digest architecture and code flow much faster. I demo it using an open-source repo (like the Gemini CLI repo) and show how the chat behaves like a grounded RAG system: it answers questions and gives citations that jump you straight back to the source files and sections. I also highlight the diagrams/flow charts, which is huge when you’re dealing with complex systems and want to understand how functions, classes, and services connect. The key takeaway: as your code evolves, the wiki stays live and updates with it—so your docs, diagrams, and explanations don’t rot. And soon, private repo support is coming, plus an option to generate the wiki via a Gemini CLI extension right from your local dev environment.
