Google just dropped Antigravity, and in this video I walk you from install to your first real app using it as an agentic IDE. It feels very VS Code-like (folders, repos, extensions), but the real difference is the Agent Manager on the right: it’s basically mission control for autonomous development. I show the setup options that actually matter in practice—agent-driven vs agent-assist, review sensitivity, and terminal execution policy (yes/no/auto) so you can decide how much control the agent has when it runs commands. Then I demo what makes Antigravity stand out: the tool access. The agent can browse the web, read/write files, run terminal commands, generate images, and—this is wild—control a browser to test your app and capture screenshots/videos as proof. I prompt it to clone NASA’s homepage UI, and it literally records the NASA site, generates assets (including a Gemini-generated background), builds the HTML/CSS, runs it locally, and produces a walkthrough artifact showing it worked.
