I tried this small stainless steel surface skimmer because I wanted something tidy-looking without paying ADA money. Straight away it was pulling surface film in really well, it was quiet, and it didn’t seem to blast flow all over the tank. Long-term reliability is the unknown, but as a first test, it impressed me.
