This tiny little filter looks like it shouldn’t do the job, but lo and behold—it absolutely does for a nano. I use it mainly for flow and polishing the water clear, and I stick a finer sponge in so it grabs the haze and filth fast. Just don’t expect it to be your main biological filter; that’s happening in the substrate.
