My First Time at South Beach (A Peaceful 90-Minute Miami Beach Experience)

Welcome to Lulu's Way!! Today I took a little solo excursion to Miami Beach to finally see South Beach for myself. I’ve known about the South Beach Diet for years, and I was genuinely curious what South Beach was actually like. Driving through Miami traffic to get there was an experience in itself—but my years as a Boston driver came in handy! 😄 I parked in a parking garage (no stress, no circling), walked down to the water, and explored the beach walkway and city streets. It was busy. It was lively. And it was fascinating. I arrived around 10:30am, spent exactly an hour and a half soaking it all in, and by noon I was back in my van—heading straight back to peace and quiet. Honestly, it was the perfect amount of time. This day was a great reminder that you can enjoy anything when you do it your way. I hope you enjoy this video!!
