In this video, Sherri guides us through a 25-minute Fluid Chair Yoga flow designed to support grounding, mobility, breath awareness, and nervous system regulation. This practice is accessible, calming, and done entirely in a chair — no yoga mat needed. Sherri has completed her Yoga Alliance 200-hour Fluid Yoga Teacher Training and generously shared her knowledge with our group.
