A year ago, I met two of these women for the very first time. This year, while I’m back in Florida, our paths crossed again — this time for a sunrise walk hosted by a life coach whose passion for connection has grown into a beautiful community. We all began our journey together at Pinecrest Gardens and walked to Matheson Hammock Beach. Despite a little rain and cloudy skies, nothing stopped us. We walked. We talked. We shared intentions for 2026. We laughed, reflected, and connected in ways that only happen when people show up open-hearted and present. It reminded me that you never know who you’re meant to meet, or when. Sometimes the most meaningful moments come simply from saying yes and showing up. After the walk, I found myself parked at a new beach spot that feels just right — sitting with gratitude, sunshine, and the quiet joy of being exactly where I’m meant to be.
