I’ve used this HVO hip abductor/adductor machine for nine months (me and Katrina), and it’s still working exactly like day one. For around the $500 range, it’s a legit way to get consistent hip accessory work without the cable setup headache, as long as you’ve got the space.
Pros

Cons
- -Bottom range of motion can be limited without a padding hack
- -Some cosmetic paint chipping on the rotating pads
- -Not ideal if you’re tight on space
