The Deltech preacher curl attachment is what I used for my little home gym hack—turning the low row into a preacher curl station. Once I got it dialed in, the range of motion worked great for me (6'0" 210), and even one-arm curls felt insanely good. If you already own this pad from a Deltech bench, you can repurpose it and get more out of your setup.
