Preacher Curl
This is the same preacher curl attachment I used in the video to show how much versatility you can squeeze out of the Deltech ecosystem. I like it because it’s simple and functional—nothing fancy, it just lets you add another isolation movement without needing more floor space. Pair it with the low row cable and you’ve got a surprisingly legit preacher curl setup.
