Black Belt

“[Music] hey guys welcome back to my channel so today we have a two Sainsbury's try on haul to run through I actually went in store a few weeks ago I did film a store tour to show you guys all the kind of newer bits in store if you haven't seen that I will link that here just to give you a general kind of vibe of like some of the new bits in but probably about last week I actually did an online order because our say spre isn't huge I felt like there was a lot more online than there was in store so I did a big online order and I'm going to run you through the bits today just a recap uh sizewise generally speaking and I say generally speaking cuz I seem to be a different size in every single store and I know you guys relate generally speaking I'm about a UK 18 sometimes a 20 on bottom um and I'm 5' 7 so just to give you a general kind of idea of sizes obviously I've ordered all the stuff from online so I'll be able to link everything that I'm trying on down below but let's dive in I'll show you the first item first up treated myself to some PJs I will be honest I don't actually really sleep in pajamas like this but I do love having pajamas just to mooch around the house in nice kind of comfy you know watching TV of an evening so I saw these ones the fabric on this perfect for summer they're that kind of I want to say cheesecloth I don't know if that's the right word but very nice kind of thin textured pajamas so I mean I don't iron my pajamas anyway but you wouldn't need two of these because they have that nice kind of organy textured vibe to them anyway um this color mauve um I don't know if I like this color on me or not I mean it's pajamas at the end of the day but they are very very cute um I actually size up in these because I like my pajamas to be very big I got these in a size 22 and I will say that the sizing feels small considering I sized up um so for the bottoms elasticated waistband I do normally like them to have a draw string just so they don't move around as much these ones do not um the length on these very good though hopefully you guys can see perfect length like I said I'm 5' 7 and quite often I find with Pajamas even when you size up they kind of go outwards but they don't yeah they're normally a bit short on me um nice kind of short sleeve buttonup shirt you've got a little collar there as well very good quality very comfortable and they don't look really slouchy and ugly like some of my other pajamas do so I thought these would be really cute kind of like spring summertime pajamas kind of wish these had pockets as well like I said I got these in a size 22 and size up is what I would say um they do fit obviously but like they're not super baggy like I thought they were going to be um these were £22 so I actually think for a set that's a really really good price I would love I I normally like it when they do pajamas in separates cuz I'm a bit bigger on my bottom then on my top so I'd like to get super baggy ones for the bottom and then a smaller top for the top but it is what it is I think the quality is great and the price is really good as well next item is one that I actually saw in store didn't get it in the moment but kind of saw it online and thought why not let's try it um and it's this denim boiler suit so they actually do this in the blue tone they also do it in a kind of washed black denim as well um this is £35 which honestly for a kind of boiler suit is absolute bargain um I did actually size up in this one I got this in a size 22 and the main reason is because my actual size was out of stock so I thought I'd just chance it with a 22 but this has come up so much smaller than I thought it was going to um they had loads of sizes left in the black when I ordered but not so many in the blue but I guess kind of happy coincidence because this does fit so just to give you guys a look it's all button up which is a little bit annoying when you to go to the toilet but it is what it is um big Pockets here long sleeve the wash on this is really cute I like this kind of like deeper mid-tone blue has nice big pockets on it the length is really good as well it has a turnup like it came like with the bottoms turned up um you could turn them up more or less um so you can kind of tailor it to your height I guess um I'll be honest guys like I don't really know what I think about this I'm like I really like it but for some reason I'm not vibing with it um also has this belt but one thing I do love elasticated waste so there's a lot of give in this and obviously like even if you don't wear it with the belt it kind of cinches you in quite a lot this denim is also quite nice because it's got a bit of stretch in it as well which I think that you need with a boiler suit because when you're like moving and bending over um sitting down standing up you need it to have some kind of GI to bend with your body yeah I can't fault it but for some reason I'm not just like love love love and I don't know why so let me know what you guys think I still think £35 absolute bargain like I said it comes up smaller than I was expecting it to but at the same time like this does fit me really well size is just a number I'm not getting hung up on it but I'm just kind of saying if anyone is going to order in my opinion I was expecting this to maybe be on the smidge on the big side but it's definitely not um I don't know I can't make up my mind I can't make up my mind I'm going to have to think about this one clearly I'm in the mood for a jumpsuit because we got another one so this one is actually simply B I think yes simply B um s we have started doing loads of other brands on their website and stuff which you'll see when you browse um so this is quite a good nice curve friendly summer jumpsuit very much something you could chuck on and go minimal effort very comfortable nearly falling over um looks very put together do you know what I mean so very nice kind of thin material you've got the shorter sleeves here that nice kind of wide leg look which is very very in right now um I got this in a size 20 bearing in mind the previous jumpsuit was a 22 I think that sabes comes up small I would say that simply B is true to size um this one in particular has a kind of draw string right so let me so this is how it like fits when it's not got the drawring up so basically it's like the drawstring kind of hoists it up but like there's loads and loads of room again for me like I feel like I need the 18 on top and the 20 on bottom I wouldn't want to size down in this but I feel like I have to kind of cinch this in a lot and I've got quite a lot of excess material on top right I'm cinched back in again okay very comfortable very cute good quality perfect for spring and summer spring you can team this up with denim jacket leather jacket even a trench coat something like that add some layers on and then obviously summer your golden and for any kind of like office girls I personally think depending on where you work this is office appropriate it has that nice kind of like slightly tailored look to it where it's got like the collar it's all buttoned down it's a fun kind of print but it's not too kind of like loud or anything you know I think it's aice appropriate and again you could kind of team this with some nice kind of like slip on sandal sliders of some sort or trainers as well I'm a absolute trainer fiend so I probably team it with some like nice retro kind of pump trainers or like vans or something um very very cute very versatile so £29 I actually think that's a really good price like I've tried simply be before and I've always thought their stuff was like quite good quality for memory um and I think £29 for a jumpsuit is absolute bargain um and also you have to think with the jumpsuit like this is a whole outfit guys do you know what I mean like you pay over 29 quid for a pair of jeans anyway so I think it's cute got a cute little dress to share with you guys I am in like an absolute blue phase at the moment like anything blue I'm just drawn to it like a mag pie so I have on this blue midi kind of tea dress length on it absolutely perfect the texture of this fabric very similar to those pajamas I tried on first where it's that kind of I don't know if the camera can pick it up so well it's kind of like a textured so for any people who do iron their clothes I'm not one of those really but it has a crinkle texture so doesn't need to be ironed like just wash it hang it you're good to go and also like if you're out and about during the day sitting down a lot it means it's not going to get really crinkled which is always a really good thing um so style of this dress is actually quite different to what I would normally wear I normally get ones that kind of maybe are more fitted and then float out and that you can like tie or cin in around the waist this one has this detailing which kind of you know what I mean it kind of sits like under your boobers and then that's it I personally would want to wear this with Spanx of some sort because it's definitely a little bit more like you know I need some smoothing out do you what I mean so I normally wear chub rub shorts anyway because I can't live without so I probably want to wear this with some sort of spanks just to smooth out any lumps and bumps I'm a little bit of self-conscious about but this is a really cute dress it's got these little like puff sleeve things which I've said before I normally absolutely hate on myself um but these ones aren't too poofy that I am offended by them this is very very cute I'm not totally confident that this is the right style for my body shape um but I do really like it and again like this is so great as a transitional piece between spring summer autumn I also think this is something would be office friendly as well and again dress it up dress it down you could wear this out for dinner with a pair of heels or maybe some like sandal wedgie type things or whatever um again my style is more like I tend to wear trainers a lot and I think this is a dress you can definitely do with that as well so like a pair of Vans would be really cute with this um but I got this in a size 20 this is one of Sainsbury's own as well so this is a 20 regular they do different lengths I just went for the regular one and this was £20 which again I think for the quality is really really good for this dress okay next up I have on some tailored wideleg trousers to show you guys I have actually worn these already I've tried and tested them I love them so I've just chucked it on with this really nice super thin slightly seethrough um floaty t-shirt from H&M and I've also ched it on with this belt that I got which is like a blackon black belt from Amazon which I'm also loving I'll link it down below because it was super affordable it's really good quality and quite often I find that I don't actually want the belt to be a big Focus I kind of want it to blend in have a little something there to cinch it in but like not too obvious so the black on black Vibe very much my style and works really well so these trousers they are a linen kind of style trouser so they are super floaty really good quality also perfect for summer this is basically a good all year round trouser to be perfectly honest but to have a nice kind of loose flowy pair of trousers to wear in summer is such a nice option that I've never really had before so I'm super excited about these um when I wore these the other day I just had it on with a black jumper which I thought looks really nice kind of like tucked in and again this is great for people have like a similar body type to me where maybe you're a little bit self-conscious about your tongue but you don't want to wear stuff that just drowns you out the whole time these are so comfortable I felt really confident in these when I wore them out the other day um and I think they're really flattering as well it gives you more of like an hourglass shape and kind of highlights your ins and your outs in a good way um so I actually order these in two different sizes I ordered them in a 20 regular length which fit but these ones are the size size 22 and I'll be honest like I take the belt off I think I'm basically between sizes which is kind of annoying like these ones have quite a lot of room in the waist so they're a bit too big in the waist for me but I felt like with the size smaller they fit me in the waist but I just felt like they didn't look as good like they didn't look as baggy as I wanted them to look they definitely fit my bum a lot better cuz they hugged my bum really nicely but then I felt like at the front here they just looked a bit too kind of not tight but just not as Loose as they should be so I'd say size up at least once in these depending on how you want them to fit but at the end of the day I would always wear these with a belt because that's the kind of look I was going for so that's why I decided to go for the 22 to keep these ones um length on them as well really good like perfect for me I wore these with trainers out the other day and they just like skim the floor perfectly but they do have other lengths which is really really good and something I haven't really seen a lot of from other retailers so you know 10 out of 10 same spre thanks for doing that um the quality is great though and honestly like this is such an amazing staple to add to your wardrobe like if you're going to do a capsule wardrobe and slim down what you have like this has to be in it and again it's something you can dress up dress down very much office wear as well I actually did a a video recently from Hollister where I got some very similar trousers from there in a navy blue I'll link the video if you've not seen it because some of the Hollister bits were really really nice but yeah I got the navy blue ones from Hollister but these are actually in my opinion are better they fit I think they fit me a bit better and I think they're better quality and I think they look more high-end and I'm pretty sure these are cheaper so yeah I know which my favorite child is when it comes to these trousers but anyway I think come summertime these would pair really nicely with like a simple white tea some nice kind of jewelry you could even put on like more of a tan belt to kind of lighten it up a little bit I think they did these in other colors I can't remember go check out the link cuz obviously it'll be there um but these were only £22 and honestly ooh the sun's coming out just as I said that um honestly I just don't think you would ever look at these trousers like to me they look like zaraa Vibes like I thought they look like 4050 quid trousers rather than £ 22 um you guys need to jump on these honestly they are so good and so comfortable if I can find them in another color I'm probably going to get them and also the linen fabric spot on next item I have on this Blazer I got this because I always find that I never have enough kind of coats or jackets that are great for that in between Type weather or where you should want like layer up um and add more to an outfit I feel like I have denim jackets and that's my only option so I saw this Blazer um me and Blazers oh it's like a LoveHate relationship I love them and I want them to look good on me and I I just always feel disappointed with how they look on me but I saw this one so this is a double breasted Blazer it's in this really nice kind of off-white color um Good Luck to me with stains and the texture on this is really really nice I don't know how You' explain it it's kind of like a what is this not boot clay I don't know guys you tell me in the comments what texture this is but it looks really good I tend to find that like some of the smooth Blazers look really really cheap but this one looks very expensive this is only £35 I got this in a size 18 and I'd say it fits really well um but I'd say like again this probably doesn't do my figure that much Justice I'm wearing it with those same wideleg trousers which in all honesty like I would probably go for more of like a tailored trouser as in like not skinny jeans but like more of a tapered trouser or I even think with this you could wear it with like leggings and a chilled out tea and kind of layer this on to make it look better so yeah I personally wouldn't pair it with big old trousers like this but that's what I've got on do you know what I mean like it just I feel like it just looks like it's kind of swamping me and making me look like a big box and also on the back it's not really tailored enough and it's kind of just sitting on my bum and looking weird I love love love this Blazer but I don't think it loves me G it's so annoying cuz it's so cute and £35 is such a good price for this Blazer I just think it would suit someone with a more kind of like um like column body shape like more straight up and down whereas I think it's like kind of sitting weird on my bum it's not really accentuating my waist like it's just making me look like a big block um did I say what size it was 18 it's a size 18 I say the sizing is actually spot on with this one I just don't think it suits me which I'm so upset about right I've only got two more items left one of which is this skirt before I properly show you I feel really really silly in this but I wanted to show you guys anyway um so something that I've seen is really in right now is these like denim skirt it's like a midi denim skirt um I don't know if it's just like not for me oh I don't know I just feel really stupid in this I'll be completely honest like it's a kind of creamy white denim skirt maybe I feel differently if it was like I don't know a blue or black or something but I just don't yeah I don't think this is it for me um so the quality of the skirt's really really good it's a really nice kind of creamy I think it's called like an acrew or something a really nice kind of stone color the bottom of it kind of like raw and frayed as well which I quite like that look um I got this in a size 20 and it basically fits me exactly how I thought it would fit me because like I said I'm kind of like an 18 but sometimes I wear a 20 on bottom and it's to fit like my hips and my bum in and it fits my hips and my bum but like I've got a lot of excess back here like it's a little too straight cut for me basically which I'm not surprised um I don't know like I like the slit up the front I think it's too long you know I actually think it's too long um I think it's a cute idea I just don't think this is anything I would ever really like gravitate towards I've seen these on other people and I think they look so nice and a great option for like spring and summer it's just not it for me though I will say like the quality is really good on this like it's like a denim Vibe and it does feel really good like I said I got this in a size 20 I'd say sizings like pretty spoton just a little too straight cut for my body type this was £4 which I again think is actually a really good price I don't think there's anything in this haul that I've been like wo that's really spinny because it's just not last up guys we have another pair of wideleg linen trousers so these ones are actually simply B um these are definitely more like holiday Vibes rather than like tailored office Vibes so stunning really nice light stone color you still have that really thin floaty linen Vibe as well the waistband on these which to me makes them feel more like holiday Vibes is you have like a drawer string and they're fully elasticated which is super super comfortable don't get me wrong um they just definitely have more of like a hilled Vibes it depends what you're going for um I got these in a size 20 the length is really good on them they're super comfortable I will be honest these are a touch C3 I think if you wear them with nude colored underwear or like maybe gray or something I think they'll be absolutely fine I'm wearing them with black underwear you can definitely see the outline of the underwear so I think that's kind of a given when you order a light color linen they always tend to be a bit see-through so I don't think it's anything to do with the quality but they are very cute now that I've tried on those like black wideleg ones that I showed earlier it's like I kind of want this color but in those trousers cuz I actually just like prefer the more like tailored style um so it's kind of ruined me a little bit oh the sun has gone but these are very cute if you've got like a beachy holiday coming up these would be perfect cute little like vest top perfect for like out and about during the day again you can pair this with so many different things like sandals trainers put a denim jacket on whatever your Vibe is loads of ways to style this and again I think this is like a really good staple to have in your wardrobe for this summer like I said got them in a size 20 um these I think fit me exactly how I'd want them to they may be like a touch tight around my thighs like my hip thigh area they're very cute though anyway these were 28 and like I said they're simply be so they're not Sainsbury's ones so I think like the simply B stuff is like a touch more expensive but not much um the quality is still great um yeah definitely worth a try right I am very hot now it's actually an Absolut Lush day outside so I'm now going to go put on a cute outfit and go outside and enjoy the good weather before we get more rain some awesome bits like I've ordered from s Ser before slash just bought stuff when I've been in s Ser before and they're so affordable but I've never been disappointed with like the quality or anything I've never felt like it feels cheap or anything like that those black linen trousers are the new love of my life I'm going into the office next week and I know exactly what I'll be wearing um so yeah I'm grateful to have like something else in my wardrobe that's not just jeans and leggings this sun can't make up its mind it's like fully coming back out again um so yeah I think those linen trousers you can style so many different ways so I'm very excited to actually have a pair that I'm like feel super comfortable and like confident in um
