This building, built in 1891 as Nicolet Public School, was Wisconsin’s first public elementary school. It was a place that shaped young minds and created community. Now, instead of students, it’s filled with our growing team, working to build people, systems, and businesses. We started five years ago in a single room with a couple of desks and a shared vision. Today, we’ve expanded to almost every classroom, with the businesses over 150 people, alongside a few other local businesses that call this place home. We invested a lot to bring this school back to life, but it’s the people here who make it thrive. My mom, a teacher for over 30 years, says this is my best investment. Maybe she’s right, not financially, but in giving this school a purpose and growth once again.
