I spent the first night tucked away in the red rock canyons, camping out of the van and cooking dinner over a crackling campfire under a massive Utah sky. The next day, I loaded up the dirt bike and switched things up with a full moto-camp mission. I followed rugged trails out toward the Canyonlands Overlook, set up camp on the edge of nowhere, and cooked a steak right on a rock over the fire — one of the most raw and simple meals you can make out here.
