Bake hardening leather does work very well, but I learned the hard way what you definitely should not do... If you are baking your leather, wet it, let it dry for about an hour, mold it, and then bake it at 200 degrees Fahrenheit (or 93 degrees Celsius) for 20 minutes. Let it finish air drying for 24 hours. DON'T USE A BAKING TRAY!!!
