Prepare body to proper length, if desired, create template or fold and cut to shape of sword (Keep as many lines straight as possible, only doing the geometry of the point) 06:11 2. Place sword in liner material and sew around it, cut away excess. 07:20 3. Sew lining to cover 10:41 4. Glue Lining to Body 11:03 5. Determine belt loops and sew to cover if desired 6. Determine stiffening or other such work on body 12:43 7. Glue cover to body 13:13 8.
