Instead of planting for a full fall harvest and long-term storage, I’m choosing crops that grow quickly, produce early, and still make the most of the space we have. In this video, I walk through how I’m deciding what to plant, what I’m skipping this year, and how I’m using both the garden beds and the high tunnel to give us the best chance at a meaningful harvest—no matter how long we’re here.
