Hi loves—this vlog is basically my cozy little goodbye to spooky season. I’m sharing bookish bits from the week leading up to Halloween: I finished Dracula (and yes, I had thoughts), started Ninth House and immediately fell into it, and just leaned all the way into those fall days where everything feels a little softer and gloomier in the best way. You’ll see my current reads, some nighttime reading, and a really cozy park reading moment on a gloomy Saturday. Alongside the reading, I’m doing the kind of homey things that make October feel like October—making oatmeal, carving a pumpkin, and having a very dark academia day on campus. I also pop in with a reading journal update and a “journal with me” where I write out my Dracula thoughts, because I love actually capturing how a book made me feel while it’s still fresh.
