Like MOST of the special units and alliances that we’ve discussed in previous videos, the VJTF is the result of the actions of Russian forces. In this case, the Very High Readiness Joint Task Force (VJTF) was setup in 2014 as a “spearhead force” within NATO’s NRF - or NATO Response force.
