I've missed out on so much of my life spiraling about my body and I look at where I am today and I can't believe how far I've come. There is NO cookie cutter template for how to feel better about yourself/how to accept yourself. What works for one person may not work for the next person but just remember it always starts with YOU. It's easy to spiral with social media and the internet at our fingertips. Comparison is the thief of joy. What you look like is the LEAST interesting thing about you. You are so much more than your appearance. Life is is way more fun when you focus on LIVING not molding yourself to allow yourself to live when you "look" a certain way. You are NOT alone I'm always here!
