When you don’t have family nearby, a partner to help you, or someone to make you soup — this is kind of the reality. I spend the day calling out of work, resting in bed, setting up a cozy recovery spot on the couch, making my nostalgic “Clifford soup,” watching People We Meet on Vacation, hydrating, and slowly trying to feel human again. I also talk about the emotional side of being sick as an adult — taking care of yourself, missing home, and navigating hard moments on your own. This vlog is very much a low-energy, comfort-style day in my life. No productivity, no pressure — just listening to my body and prioritizing rest.
