Recently, I have welcomed new changes socially, physically, and mentally. While all these changes were tough to process all at once, I now look back and can say that they've helped me overcome my anxiety that I've been battling since the beginning of the year. Little by little, I slowly began shifting my mind to be open to every experience, to focus on this very present moment, and to enjoy the journey of everything that I do (vs. the end results).
