In today’s GRWM, I’m finally sitting down with a full face of new goodies I received, and I’m putting them to the test on camera. I start with my current primer combo (NYX Marshmallow because my face has been so dry lately, and Huda Beauty Easy Blur because it’s literally everything around my nose/chin). Then we get into the fun part: Huda Beauty’s FauxFilter corrector in Cherry Light (a pink corrector—new for me) and the Easy Bake Blurring Duo Loose Powder in Cherry Peach. You guys… instant brightness, instant blur. Huda is a magician, and I stand by that. For complexion, I go in with Judy Doll’s foundation (medium-to-high coverage but not too heavy if you control the amount), plus their Cloud-Touch concealer which blended super nicely over it. I also try Judy Doll’s contour/brightening duo—pretty, but on me it pulled a bit too gray and light for the cheeks (it did work really well for nose contour though). And yes, I had to blush up the face with their liquid blush because the base was giving “trust the ghostly process.” For eyes, I mix Judy Doll and Joocyee for a soft, cool-toned Korean-inspired look with a wing and a little extended tear duct moment. The shimmer shade “Broken Stars” is so pretty and easy, and Judy Doll’s ultra-fine liner is the one—I stopped using other liners because the tip is insanely thin and makes winging so much easier.
