In this video I’m showing you how I created my Grungy Winter Makeup Look—yes, I know we’re basically heading into spring, but it’s still snowy and cold where I am, so I needed one last winter moment. I was really feeling a cut crease moment plus a dark lip moment, and I wanted everything to stay in those nude/brown tones that still look soft but grungy at the same time. I also share the exact products I used and how I layer them to make the skin look smooth and the eyes look super defined without getting harsh. For the base, I used my Huda Beauty corrector because your girl hasn’t been sleeping that well, and it’s been saving my life for under-eye darkness. I also went back to an old favorite: using the Too Faced Born This Way concealer as foundation because it covers imperfections and gives such a beautiful finish (even in pictures). For the eyes, I built the cut crease starting with About-Face Fluid Eye Paint as a base, then I went in with the Danessa Myricks GroundWork palette to shape and blend—Core is literally genius for that smooth transition. I finished everything off with a wing, rhinestones, and my favorite part: a deep brown lip with About-Face Deja Brew that I’m honestly obsessed with.
