Fit Lifestyle March Madness continues, Thursday edition ☀️💙❄️ The sun is shining, the sky is blue, and yet it is absolutely freezing outside. Spring is playing hard to get and my poor tomato plants have already started blossoming, so I’m over here hoping this little cold snap does not take them out. I’m officially ready for spring to clock in and stay awhile. Still, no excuses over here. Today’s plan is a 30-minute Peloton ride, followed by stretching and weightlifting. Home workouts are still very much doing what they need to do. This is your reminder that the gym is mental just as much as it is physical. You do not have to go anywhere fancy to put in the work.
