We all have our ups and downs. In this lesson I'll go over the things that make it hard for some of us to get through our days. I'll talk about things that make us stop and think, things that make us feel bad, things other people do to us, and things that are our own personal struggles. In this English class you'll learn words and phrases like: overeating, lacking motivation, depression, alcohol, drugs, social media, self-esteem, being overworked, finding a partner, and more!
