Keil µVision 5 is an IDE developed by ARM and is suitable for programming many of their microprocessors, in this case, the STM32F4VGT which is found on the STM32F4 Discovery education board. The Keil µVision 5 IDE allows you to write code for, program and debug the STM32F4 Discovery Board.
