Is HOYA SERPENS difficult to propagate?

Hoya Serpens is often described as a difficult plant, but is it difficult to propagate as well? I want to share my experience propagating this houseplant in Leca & perlite. This plant got root rot and i needed to give it some good plant care to save it. Great side effect, I get more little hoya plants for my indoor plant collection.
