Garnier Micellar Water
I keep micellar water around mainly for cleaning up makeup mistakes, but I’m just not a micellar water girl for full makeup removal. It’s not bad at all—I just prefer an oil cleanser or balm cleanser because I feel like I get a better cleanse, so I personally wouldn’t repurchase.
