I linked my measurement page so you can see exactly why the NM25 comes across bright: the upper mids rise hard around 2–3k and the treble gets peaky past 4k. You’ll also see the smooth bass shelf with a slight mid-bass lift and a small sub-bass roll-off that’s typical for single dynamics. I always recommend using measurements as context, then matching it to your music and treble tolerance.
