In December of 2013 he graduated from NCSU with a bachelor`s degree in Political Science. Patrick has been working with Cisco since January 2013 and he started on the flagship account for Cisco Cloud and Managed Services (CMS) as a Customer Support Engineer in Collaboration technologies. Patrick transitioned to the CUCM TAC team in March of 2015 and in January 2021 he moved to a Collaboration Technical Solutions Specialist role with a technical focus on the greatest Contact Center known to man (Webex Contact Center). He has the following Cisco certifications: DevNet Associate, CCNA R&S, CCNP Collaboration, and CCIE Collaboration.
